Reviews:
“A parable as good as… something else. Shot in seventeen days, this is a movie that looks better than feels more coherent than it should be. But maybe it’s hard to f*ck it up with such a generic script? But director Fred Gallo makes a good job and it’s never really boring, just very ordinary.” Ninja Dixon

“The closest we get is the “chest-burster” scene in the lab. After that, all the deaths are either off screen or are simple, boring, and bloodless. Additionally, besides Bryan Cranston (whose own performance is mediocre), most of the actors are lacking, leaving us without any draw or interest in the characters.” A Slice of Horror

“Unfortunately, it’s not nearly as much fun as the original, despite a decent cast that includes Bryan Cranston (Malcolm in the Middle) and soap opera vet Judith Chapman. The sets look even cheaper than in its predecessor and are not nearly as imaginatively designed. The monster suit is pretty cool, though…” DVD Late Show
