Night Angel is a 1990 supernatural American horror film about an evil spirit that assumes the guise of a beautiful young woman, so it can seduce and kill men.
Directed by Swiss-born Dominique Othenin-Girard (Omen IV: The Awakening; Halloween 5; After Darkness) from a screenplay written by Joe Augustyn (Night of the Demons and sequel) and Walter Josten. Also released as Hellborn
The movie stars Isa Jank [as Isa Andersen], Linden Ashby (Teen Wolf; Anacondas: Trail of Blood; Prom Night), Debra Feuer, Helen Martin (Wacko), Karen Black (House of 1000 Corpses; Burnt Offerings; Trilogy of Terror), Doug Jones, Gary Hudson, Sam Hennings, Tedra Gabriel, Ben Ryan Ganger, B.J. Turner, Twink Caplan, Phil Fondacaro (Evil Bong; Bordello of Blood; Ghoulies II), Roscoe Lee Browne and Susie Sparks.
Special makeup effects were created by Steve Johnson’s XFX and KNB Effects Group.
Plot:
Lilith, (Isa Andersen) an ancient demon, is reborn in the present as an attractive young woman. She starts going on a killing spree, which worries the head of a fashion magazine, Rita, (Karen Black) as all the victims are employees.
Craig, (Linden Ashby) the staff photographer, is caught between Lilith and Kirstie, (Debra Feuer) Rita’s sister, and as the murders of the magazine’s staff turn to the various models, he can’t help but notice that Lilith is always close by. When she starts dictating staff policies and directions, he fully believes that Lilith is something else and tries to stop her…
