HOUSE SHARK (2017) Reviews and free to watch online

Just when you thought it was safe to go home!
House Shark is a 2017 American comedy horror film produced, written and directed by SRS Cinema owner Ron Bonk (Gut Pile, Satan’s Cannibal Holocaust).

The movie stars Wes Reid, Trey Harrison (Night of Something Strange) and Michael Merchant (Amityville Death House).

Practical effects were handled by Marcus Koch (SweatshopWe Are Still Here, American Guinea Pig).

Plot:
When Frank (Trey Harrison) finds his happy home under attack by a dangerous but largely unknown breed of shark, he enlists the aid of the world’s only “House Shark” Expert, Zachary (Michael Merchant), and a grizzled former real estate agent, Abraham (Wes Reid), to embark on a desperate quest to destroy the beast and claim back his life…

Reviews:

” …it amps every element of the production up to 11 to mimic the material’s absurdity; ridiculous dialogue is matched by ridiculous performances and presented with ridiculous design. However, with House Shark, this does not prove to be the Get Out Of Jail Free card that it often has with other, similar films.” Cryptic Rock

“So there’s some fun carnage to be had here, presented in the same silly tone as the rest of the movie. The dialogue is ridiculous, random, and often crude, but I had a blast with the one-liners and bizarre sense of humor.” Marc Fusion

“I love that filmmakers want to do this kind of stuff with nothing but their own volition. But for the love of all things sane, give it a runtime that doesn’t make me require toothpicks to keep my eyes open from the boredom in between watching and waiting for the shark to appear.” Mother of Movies

“This particular slice of celluloid cheese is definitely one for genre fans only – and ones with a high tolerance for crappy movies. I’ve got to admit, even as a fan of shark movies of ALL budgets, Ron Bonk’s House Shark was something of a chore to sit through. Mainly because there isn’t enough rubber-suited, man-eating shark action!” Nerdly

“So, there’s comedy, there’s gore and there’s nudity. Comedy is amplified in the second half. The photography is neat, considering the budget, but the effects are pretty awful. The script goes on weird tangents that it never recovers from, but the film is still very entertaining.” Tales of Terror
