LAST THREE DAYS (2020) Reviews of sci-fi thriller – now with featurette

‘What if you got the chance to see what might have been?’

Last Three Days is a 2020 American science-fiction thriller film in which an undercover cop wakes up with no memory of the last 72 hours. Furthermore, he’s mixed up with a dangerous crime syndicate and has lost his partner and his wife.

Written and directed by Brian Ulrich, the Brotherhood Studios-Slater Brothers Entertainment production stars Robert Palmer Watkins, Thomas Wilson Brown, Deborah Lee Smith and Roy Huang.

Plot:

Jack (Robert Palmer Watkins) is a police officer with a marriage on the rocks working undercover to take down a Japanese crime syndicate. One night things go south and he wakes up to discover he’s missing his partner, his wife, and the last three days of his life…

Reviews:

Last Three Days is so clumsy, convoluted, and amateurish that I probably missed something important that might have helped make this plot make more sense. Unfortunately, the movie is just too boring for me to give it my full attention. The performances in Last Three Days are bland and forgettable and the time travel and action are just a mess.” Geeks

“Strictly speaking, Last Three Days is not a time-loop film, but fans of that kind of movie should enjoy the inventive twists Ulrich gives to similar elements. It is certainly fair to say Jack finds himself in a soft-science fiction Hell, considerably but not entirely of his own making. Frankly, it is an admirably ambitious script, but the cast, led by former soap star Robert Palmer Watkins, does not do it justice.” J.B. Spins
