Why Mona Rae? is a 2020 American horror film about a blind military veteran who is suspicious after she is rescued from a car accident.

Plot:

Mona Rae, a blind military veteran sets out on a road trip getaway with her fiancé, to celebrate her recent discharge from a physical therapy facility, two years after a tragic explosion left her wounded and blind.

However, what starts off as a moment of joy turns into a never-ending nightmare after they cross paths on a long dark road with a mysterious creature, causing their vehicle to spin out of control and crash. Mona begins to suspect something sinister brewing after she is rescued from the wreck by a mysterious pair of siblings, Ellen and Cain, from an Amish community…
