‘Evil lies within’
Face of the Devil is a 2014 Peruvian horror film about seven friends on a jungle vacation who are terrorised by an ancient spirit.
Directed by Frank Pérez-Garland from a screenplay written by Vanessa Saba. The latter co-stars in the La Soga Producciones-Star Films co-production alongside Vania Accinelli, Sergio Gjurinovic, Alexa Centurio, Maria Fernanda Valera, Nicolás Galindo and Carla Arriola.

Danse Macabre will release Face of the Devil in the USA on DVD and digital platforms from June 8th 2021.
Plot:
Seven city friends travel to the Peruvian Amazon where they encounter the Tunche, a primaeval spirit whose shrill whistle is an omen of impending death. But as they try to escape the Tunche they come to realise that the demon is already amongst them.
