Plot:
A vampire named Celeste (Tara Bixler) has lived in secret with her master, Count Reinhardt (Dennis Crosswhite), for decades. However, one day, a group of slayers led by Father Carmichael approaches their castle in an effort to wipe them out. Reinhardt, having given up on the burden of immortality, sacrifices himself to help Celeste escape.
Once in the city, Celeste overhears a young woman discussing her plans to stay with family whom she has never met. Celeste kills the woman and steals her identity, in hopes of shrouding herself among the living to hide from Carmichael. She meets her new “family” and slowly it is suspected that she isn’t who she says she is.
Meanwhile, her “uncle”, a brilliant scientist, has perfected a serum that will bring an ancient mummy back to life. And when Celeste hears of this fiendish plan, she knows the mummy will serve her well in her bloodthirsty ambitions…
