Directed by Nick Lyon (Bermuda Tentacles; Earthtastrophe; Isle of the Dead; Rise of the Zombies; Zombie Apocalypse; Bermuda Triangle North Sea; Species: The Awakening) from a screenplay co-written by Jacob Cooney (Flight 666; 5 Headed Shark Attack; Isle of the Dead; 3-Headed Shark Attack) and Jason White (Death Club 2022; Secrets by the Shore; Scarecrow 2002). Produced by David Michael Latt and Paul Bales.
The Asylum production stars AnnaLynne McCord (Excision) Keesha Sharp (Power Book II: Ghost), Lydia Hearst (Z Nation), Jamie Bamber (Battlestar Galactica), Joseph Gatt, Derek Yates, Michael J. Chen, Jhey Castles, Kendall Chappell and Giovannie Espiritu.
Plot:
One hundred and ten years after its namesake’s fateful journey, the Titanic III’s maiden voyage will land at the original site of the wreck. Although a faithful replica of the original, this mammoth cruise ship is built with the most advanced technology, ensuring that it has no chance of sinking.
However, when the Titanic III arrives at the tragic site, strange events begin to occur, as dark forces from the deep rise to the surface, terrorising all aboard and threatening to repeat one of history’s greatest disasters.
