VENOM 3 – Second Tom Hardy sequel officially confirmed

  

Venom 3 is officially in the works, continuing the adventures of Eddie Brock (again played by Tom Hardy) and his symbiote, Sony has announced at CinemaCon. No plot teasers were provided.

A few weeks after Venom: Let There Be Carnage was released Sony producer Amy Pascal suggested that another sequel was in “the planning stages.” When that film became the second-highest-grossing film of 2021 in the US (after Spider-Man: No Way Home) and earned $502 million worldwide, it became obvious that Eddie and his symbiote would be back on the big screen soon.
