‘Beware what you share…’
Followers – aka Followed – is a 2017 American found footage horror thriller film directed by Ryan Justice. It stars Amanda Delaney, Justin Maina, Sean Michael Gloria, and Nishant Gogna.
Brooke (Amanda Delaney) and Caleb (Justin Maina), a social media celebrity couple, are celebrating their special anniversary on a camping trip deep in the woods of Sunny Florida.
The pair plan on recording the entire trip for their fans, and Caleb even has a special surprise for her to make this weekend extra special. However, they are not alone.
Helpless and cut off from all communication, Brooke and Caleb are being followed by Nick and Jake, two aspiring filmmakers hell-bent on filming a documentary on how easy it is to track someone down through social media… and kill them…

In the US, Followers was released in select theaters on March 23, 2018 via Synkronized Films.
In the UK, the film was released on DVD as Followed on 10 July 2017 by High Fliers Films with artwork that imitates the DVD cover for Eden Lake.
Film Facts:
This film should not be confused with the movie Followers (2000) which is about racial hazing incidents.
