Shake, Rattle & Roll: Extreme is a 2023 Filipino horror anthology film and the sixteenth entry in the Shake, Rattle & Roll franchise. It is also known as Shake, Rattle & Roll XVI or Shake, Rattle & Roll 16.
The movie was directed by Jerrold Tarog, Joey de Guzman and Richard Somes.
The Regal Entertainment production stars Iza Calzado, Jane de Leo, and Jane Oineza.

‘Glitch’
Ingrid is a single mother who lives in a suburb of Manila and works for a fashion designer. Because of the nature of her work, she has no time for her two children: Patrick, a rebellious teenager and a gamer and her six-year-old daughter Lyka, who loves to use her gadgets and befriends her toy, Gary the Goat, a character from a children’s show in the ’70s, until it comes to life in a form of a demon.
‘Mukbang’
A group of influencers travel to a luxurious mansion as they meet with two other influencers for a collaboration. At midnight, they discover that the latter transform into mysterious shape-shifting aswangs with a taste for human flesh and blood, and turn them one by one.
‘Rage’
A group of friends watch a meteor shower until a virus spreads, turning people into rage-filled zombies.
