
Asylum of Fear is a 2018 horror film about a team of paranormal investigators who are hired to inspect a mental institution after two police officers are mysteriously murdered, they discover horrifying clues that reveal the cause of a violent massacre by an insane doctor in the 1960s.
The movie was co-produced and directed by Craig Deering from a screenplay and story co-written with Allen Murphy and Karen Deering.

The Evil Iguana production stars Maurice Demus, Michael Medford, Callie Stephens, Allen Murphy, James Doherty, Joe Mack, Ann Hagemann, Matthew Urban, Joette Waters and Charles Straka.

In the flashback scenes, for instance, it is not clear when in the past the events were meant to be taking place but the very contemporary hairstyles and clothing of the actors tend to break the illusion.
