
Gorilla at Large is a 1954 horror mystery film in which a man is murdered, apparently by a gorilla or someone in a gorilla suit.
Directed by Harmon Jones from a screenplay by Leonard Praskins and Barney Slater. The Panoramic Productions movie stars Cameron Mitchell, Anne Bancroft, Lee J. Cobb, Raymond Burr, Lee Marvin and Warren Stevens. It was distributed by 20th Century Fox in Technicolor and 3-D.

Plot:
Detective Garrison (Lee J. Cobb) is investigating a brutal murder that was committed at a theme park called the Garden of Evil. Initially, the show’s gorilla Goliath appears to be to blame. As Garrison digs deeper, though, he begins to suspect many of the park’s entertainers and staff members instead. Jealousy and deceit abound amongst the suspects, who include Goliath’s keeper (Raymond Burr), a man who does a stage show dressed as a gorilla (Cameron Mitchell) and a trapeze performer (Anne Bancroft)…
