Pig Hill is a 2025 horror film about Carrie who has been fascinated by the local legend of the pig people, revolting creatures who breed and cause havoc in the area. As the tenth woman goes missing, Carrie can’t stop thinking there could be more to these stories. The movie has been described as “A supernatural folk-horror narrative exploring obsession, myth vs. reality, and the psychological breakdown of its central character.” Director Lewis has described it as a “punk‑rock fever mind‑trip,” and emphasised how Carrie’s psyche protects itself by blurring fantasy and reality.

The movie was directed and produced by Kevin Lewis (Willy’s Wonderland; The Accursed) from a screenplay by Jarrod Burris based on Nancy Williams’s 2019 novel Pig.

The movie stars Rainey Qualley, Shane West, Shiloh Fernandez and genre stalwart R.A. Mihailoff.
