The Visit is a 2015 American horror film written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan (Old; The Sixth Sense; The Village; Signs). It was co-produced by Jason Blum (Paranormal Activity; Sinister; Insidious and their sequels).
The movie stars Kathryn Hahn, Ed Oxenbould, Erica Lynne Marszalek, Peter McRobbie, Olivia DeJonge, Deanna Dunagan, Benjamin Kanes, Jon Douglas Rainey, Brian Gildea, Shawn Gonzalez, Richard Barlow, Steve Annan and Michael Mariano.
The Visit was released theatrically on September 11th, 2015.
Plot:
A brother and sister are sent to their grandparents’ remote Pennsylvania farm for a week-long trip. Once the children discover that the elderly couple is involved in something deeply disturbing, they see their chances of getting back home are growing smaller every day…
