Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons – The Movie is a 2020 American animated action-adventure feature film based on the CW Seed animated series.

Directed by Sung Jin Ahn from a script by J.M. DeMatteis (Superman: Red Son), the WB Animation movie features the voices of Michael Chiklis, Sasha Alexander, Asher Bishop and Castulo Guerra.

Plot:

Mercenary and master assassin Slade Wilson leads two lives: one as the relentless killer known as Deathstroke and the other as a dedicated family man.

When these worlds collide, forced together by the vicious terror group known as H.I.V.E., it is the killer in Slade who must fight to save his loved ones, as well as what remains of himself. With his soul torn apart and his young son held captive, Deathstroke will have to atone for the sins of his past to fuel the battles of his future!

Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons – The Movie is based on the CW Seed animated series, which premiered on January 6th, 2020. The film adds 50 extra minutes of footage.

Created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez, Deathstroke is an iconic villain from DC Comics that first appeared in the 1980s The New Teen Titans #2.

In the USA, Digital release is August 4th 2020, and as a Blu-ray combo pack on August 18th. Rated ‘R’.
