‘Some aren’t named, for fear that it would make them real.’

The Nameless Days is a 2022 American mystery horror drama film about a phenomenon that occurs on the US-Mexican border every twenty years. The locals call these days timelessness. At this time the gods, to whom the ancient Mayan tribes made sacrifices, descend to earth to take human souls.

Reviews:

“The attempt to humanize Charlie via the sudden revelation of a most improbable connection between their family and the creature just made me roll my eyes […] Despite an interesting premise and some visual flair, The Nameless Days can’t overcome a dull, talky script that relies on improbabilities and underuses interesting characters…” Voices from the Balcony
