Blurb:
“A terrifying, realistic depiction of a family torn apart by demonic possession, and the lengths they will go to in order to save themselves.”

Reviews:

” …this film sees nothing new brought to the table […] I can say with some certainty I have never witnessed a possession, but I am pretty sure it wouldn’t be as mediocre in real life as it was in this film. The main cast are all unlikable characters including the possessed Victoria, in fact, the only likeable person in the whole film is the priest.” Horror Screams Video Vault

Exorcist: The Fallen is a flat-pack, vacuous dud with an abundance of latter-half riffs and clichés and a story that veers into rip-off terrain. It’s probably slightly better than Exorcist 2: The Heretic (what isn’t?) but a paltry production and shoddy supporting performances make it feel a lot worse than Boorman’s bungled follow-up, especially considering the pantomime performance from Marie Kirk in full-on Regan rip-off mode.” Scream magazine

“Benach genuinely cares for his heroine. Because of this, patrons will find themselves doing the same. We are with Victoria and her grief-stricken kin every painful step of the way. In a world where such traits are often given a cold shoulder in exchange for upping the ante on cheap shock, Benach’s labor rises far above the competition because of this concern.” ★★★½ A Word of Dreams
