‘Their flesh is his fantasy’

The Human Centipede (First Sequence) is a 2010 Dutch body horror feature film written and directed by Tom Six. The movie stars Dieter Laser as the villain, Doctor Heiter, with Ashley C. Williams, Ashlynn Yennie, and Akihiro Kitamura as his victims.

When approaching investors prior to filming, Six did not mention the controversial aspect of the plot, fearing it would put off potential backers. The financiers of The Human Centipede did not discover the full nature of the film until it was complete.

Plot:

A German doctor who kidnaps three tourists and joins them surgically, forming a “human centipede”.

Reviews [click links to read more]:

“…the movie itself is not gory, graphic, or disturbing – save for a single, hilarious moment of the old Kraut braying, “Feed her! Feed her!” The entire film is a punchline in search of a premise; a six-legged exercise in faux-outrageousness, utterly safe for consumption.” Mike “McBeardo” McFadden, Heavy Metal Movies
