Plot:
Thirteen years previously, a hook-wielding maniac was arrested for the horrific Valentine’s Day murder of an adulterous young couple. Now, the terror seems set to begin again; the date is February 14th and the Hook has escaped from prison. The only man who can track him down is his former psychiatrist, Jack Grefe (Richard Sanders), but will he be in time to prevent further deaths?
