‘Sometimes a smile is all that’s needed.’
Bloody Drama is a 2017 American slasher horror film written, photographed, edited and directed by Colin Bressler. The movie stars Cristina Cruz Rodriguez, Katusha Robert and Sky Hawkes.

Five former college sorority sisters hold a pool party, attempting one last weekend blowout. While trying hard to grab onto their fun youth filled past they are faced with what is their troubled divisive present. As they water down their issues with booze and drugs unbeknownst to them an evil lurks around them with murderous convictions…

Available to rent or buy on Amazon Prime, Bloody Drama is also released on DVD in the United States on February 13 by Screamtime Films.

“As the killer’s identity begins to seem obvious, a curveball is thrown into the mix making sense of a seemingly random event. This crucial story development is done well adding a much-needed layer that fans of mystery slashers can appreciate. Despite some of its flaws, Bloody Drama avoids the pitfall of predictability in a way that will keep you guessing until the end.” Pop Horror

“This is one of those films that’s all about set up with next to no actual pay off. The horror scenes are the briefest of the brief and the level of direction can be gauged by a scene in which the camera films one guy’s legs as he walks around a lounge and talks to himself.” Leofwine_draca

” …a throwback to the movies of old before post-modernism and genre-awareness set in. And if the classic slasher’s not your cup of tea, Bloody Drama still works as a nice murder mystery that keeps one guessing to the end and features many a red herring, and the finale’s really air-tight to satisfy any thriller fan’s needs!” Search My Trash
