The Zombie Apocalypse in Apartment 14F is a 2017 Canadian comedy-horror film directed by Gilbert Allan (Winter Kill) from a screenplay written by Shaun Donnelly (Gone by Dawn 2: Dead by Dusk). The Mind Engine Entertainment production stars Len J. Phillips (Tales from the Dead Zone), Jolene Hexx (The Outlaw: The Living Comic Book, 666), Madison Nyenhuis (Gone by Dawn 2: Dead by Dusk) and Griffin Cork.

Plot:

When three stoners launch a camera drone off their balcony in the hopes of spying on their attractive neighbour they overshoot the target and see what appears to be a zombie attack in the apartment two floors below theirs. Mistaking this for the beginning of the zombie apocalypse they barricade themselves in the apartment where everything that happens only reinforces their belief that zombies are taking over the building…

The Zombie Apocalypse in Apartment 14F will be unleashed on DVD in the USA by Wild Eye Releasing on November 26, 2019.
