Along Came the Devil 2 is a 2019 American supernatural horror feature film about a young woman who returns to her hometown to find a demonic force has taken over. It is obviously a sequel to Along Came the Devil (2018).
Directed by Jason DeVan from a screenplay co-written with Heather DeVan, the movie stars Bruce Davison; Laura Slade Wiggins, Mark Ashworth, Cassius DeVan and Tiffany Fallon.
Plot:
After receiving an unsettling voicemail, Jordan (Laura Slade Wiggins) returns home, looking for answers, only to find her estranged father and even more questions.
A demonic force has attached itself to the town and no one is safe. The only one who seems to know anything is the small town’s Reverend.
Jordan has always been very protective of her baby sister, Ashley, who has been staying with their Aunt Tanya, while Jordan is away in college. When she receives an unsettling voicemail from her aunt, telling her to come home, she becomes very concerned.
Jordan arrives in her old hometown only to be greeted by her estranged father and the town’s Reverend Michael. Her aunt and sister have mysteriously disappeared and no one seems to have any answers; she is determined to find out what happened to them and discovers a very dark, demonic secret along the way.
