Balsam: A Paranormal Investigation is a 2020 American mockumentary film in which Kane Hodder leads a team into The Grand Old Lady Hotel: a 112-year-old, 40,000 square foot hotel with a disturbing past. Nestled in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina, the hotel is referred to by locals as the South’s Stanley Hotel.

Written and directed by Tony Cadwell (Behind the Sightings) and featuring Kane Hodder, Mark A. Richardson, Amanda Hannah and Maeve Ybanez. Produced by Norman Alston, Kane Hodder and Eben McGarr.
