Maniac Tales is a 2017 Spanish horror anthology film about a doorman who reveals different stories that relate to an old apartment block.

Plot:
Juan, a Mexican illegal immigrant in New York, is offered a job as a doorman in an old building of the city. It turns out that the screenwriter of Maniac Tales, a popular TV series, lives in the building but has disappeared with the script of the last episode of the season, and a reward is offered to whoever can find it. Juan decides to investigate and search for it in the screenwriter’s apartment where he discovers that the TV series hides creepy secrets related to the building itself…
