402 Haunted Korean Hospital is a 2026 Indonesian found footage horror film set in an abandoned facility. It is a remake of the 2017 South Korean movie Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum.

The movie was directed by Anggy Umbara from a screenplay by Lele Laila based on a story by Jung Bum-shik and Sang-min Park.

The MD Pictures production stars Arbani Yasiz, Saputra Kori, Diandra Agatha, Elang El Gibran, Lea Ciarachel, Jang Han-Sol, Aylena Fusil, Alfiano Librianus and Daniel Wiediananto.

Plot:
In order to reach a goal of 3 million viewers, seven Indonesian content creators conducted a search at Yongwon Hospital in South Korea. They challenged the supernatural mysteries there. However, their mission turned into a quest to survive the terror of a patient’s spirit who could never leave…

Release:
402 Haunted Korean Hospital will premiere at BIFAN 2026. The film will be released theatrically in Indonesian on July 9, 2026.
