Concrete_Savannah is a 2021 American horror film about an emerging travel vlogger who will do anything for fame and fortune… no matter how dark or twisted.

Written and directed by Josh Mitton and Matthew Pye, the movie stars Sarah Hitzel, Rajeev Jacob, Mia Matthews and Bianca Matthews.

With barely any money and living out of her car, struggling travel vlogger Savanna Mills (Sarah Hitzel) is willing to do anything for fame and fortune no matter how dark or twisted. In her desperation, she seduces a drug addict into a dark ritual.

Suddenly her luck changes and she lands a talent agent who wants her to expand her social media following and transition her into film and television.

All seems to be going well until the disturbing visions she’s struggled with since childhood return, forcing her down an even darker path. Can Savanna’s luck continue or will her past catch up to her and destroy her dream of success?

” …the base concept – travel vlogger descending into uncertainty and darkness – is ripe for good horror translation but they don’t even do anything with that! it might as well not be part of the character or movie! kinda just lame and directionless and barely written…” Emily Guro

“Disjointed plot points following characters that react to every situation in a manner that feels odd and unnatural are bad enough, but the dialogue is so sterile and stilted that it’s impossible to form any emotional connection with any characters or the movie as a whole. Some nice camerawork in spots, even if two-speaker scenes are a bit static and edited on the beat. Ultimately, it’s the writing that let this movie down.” Michael Stone

Gravitas Ventures released Concrete_Savannah in North America on Blu-ray and DVD on February 2nd 2021.
