Reviews:
“This is another unworthy film that my curiosity fell victim to because of its fairly interesting plot and that ever-long hope that this “I should know better” horror film could actually turn out a fairly decent watch in the end […] despite the film showing some potential to deliver some good scares, the entire watch was a waste of time.” Bloody Disgusting
“If anything, the movie makes for an inoffensively bland experience – not entirely unwatchable, but I am hard-pressed to think of any reason why you’d want to. Again, a fright flick titled House of Fears that is all about playing off of people’s fears but is incapable of instilling any fear of its own.” Dread Central
“The film is relatively bloodless and I still enjoyed it. For me, that is saying a lot. Instead, they focus more on cheap scares, the things that pop out at you and make you jump. All of the effects in the film were practical, no CGI. And if there was, it was done in such a subtle manner that I never noticed.” Horror News
“The plot of this movie is honestly quite decent. Don’t get me wrong- it doesn’t exactly break the mold […] Aside from that, the acting is decent, the characters seem real (even if just means that some of them are annoying) and the film has great atmosphere.” Mondo Bizarro
