Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is a 2023 American action-adventure film about the exploits of its titular archaeologist character.
Directed by James Mangold (Ford v Ferrari; Logan; The Wolverine; 3:10 to Yuma; Identity; Girl, Interrupted; Cop Land) from a screenplay co-written by Jez Butterworth and John-Henry Butterworth, based on characters created by Philip Kaufman and George Lucas. Also co-producing are Kathleen Kennedy and Simon Emanuel.
The Lucasfilm production stars Harrison Ford (obviously), plus Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Boyd Holbrook, Thomas Kretschmann, Shaunette Renée Wilson, Toby Jones and Antonio Banderas.
The franchise’s regular composer John Williams once again returns.

Plot details are still under wraps but the movie is set in 1969 during the space race, with Harrison Ford back as Indiana Jones but taking more of a backseat in the action (understandable given his age). Meanwhile, Voller, a NASA member and ex-Third Reich leader is involved with the Moon-landing program…
