Reviews:
“One of the weak points of the film is precisely the screenplay, an activity that the director would do well to delegate to someone more inclined. But as a homage to the slasher subgenre, Kill Her Goats offers interesting points of view on gore and splatter (with few realistic and rigorously prosthetic effects), as well as has the merit of proposing again – for a long time, alas, something on the verge of extinction on cinema and/or television screens. “Ultimately, Kill Her Goats isn’t an outstanding second film from Steve Wolsh. Some will find the appeal of attractive women defending themselves in tight shirts and underwear from a masked killer appealing, albeit it’s the kind of stereotypical slasher ideology most people think of when horror fans talk about the genre.” Horror Obsessive
“Several scenes were obviously shot day for night and you can see the shadows of the camera crew in at least one scene. The potential was there for Kill Her Goats to be a wicked throwback to the golden age of slashers. Unfortunately, the filmmakers consistently made bad decisions and squandered that potential along with an hour and a half of the viewer’s life.” 1.5 out of 5, Voices from the Balcony
