The Gifted is a 2024 American horror film in which a woman named Barbara possesses a unique power to control the will of others. After years of causing pain to others, her only hope to save herself is by confessing her sins to a mysterious priest and his undead assembly.

The plot is uniquely told through the lens of Barbara across fifty years of her life recalling some of her most traumatic moments that shaped her to be the dangerous person she has grown to be.

Written and directed by August Anthony Aguilar (He Comes to Kill; Center City 2) and executive produced by Ginger Lynn Allen (Murdercise; 31; The Devil’s Rejects) who also stars.

The Strange Films production also stars Jennifer Pearl, Joe Casterline, Ilene Sullivan, Bing Fu, Kelsey Hayleigh, Ray Bolden Jr., White Lavender Jones, Penelope Bohunko, and Maryann Fisher.
