Slash Squatch is a 2025 horror film in which a weapon-wielding Bigfoot beast ravages a small town. The movie is described by its makers as “a thrilling creature feature inspired by classics like Tremors and the 1988 remake of The Blob. Brace yourself for edge-of-your-seat tension and adrenaline-fueled action, brought to life with stunning old-school practical effects.”

Aaron Bratcher (Showdown in Yesteryear; Pawns’ Volition) is directing the movie from a screenplay co-written with Cole Erickson. Lynn Lowry, Bill Oberst Jr, Toni Hudson and Autumn Ivy have signed up to star.

The movie is currently raising $35,000 via an Indiegogo campaign to begin shooting in September.
