‘He’ll kill for a dance’
Stiletto is a 2025 slasher horror thriller film about a young woman searching for the serial killer who murdered her exotic dancer sister.
The movie was written and directed by Samuel Gonzalez Jr (Night of the Missing; The Retaliators; Battle Scars) with executive producer Gigi Gustin receiving a story credit. It was produced by Michael P Call and Matthew Hersh.
The Hearse Productions stars Gigi Gustin (Night of the Missing) Charlotte McKinney (Fantasy Island) Colleen Camp (Amsterdam, American Hustle) Meghan Carrasquillo (Hider in My House), Swerve “Stephon” Strickland (Night of the Missing), Pancho Moler (3 from Hell), Hannah Hueston (The Pom Pom Murders), Stephen Blackehart (Guardians of the Galaxy), Russell Todd (Friday the 13th Part 2) and Mia Challis (Outer Banks).
The mask worn by the film’s slasher dubbed The Stiletto Killer (see poster above), was created by Jason Baker, who designed the iconic mask that ‘The Grabber’ (Ethan Hawke) wore in The Black Phone.
Plot:
A year after the gruesome murder of a local exotic dancer, the victim’s sister, Lyric (Gigi Gustin), searches for the foot fetish serial killer (The Stiletto Killer, aka Handy Handy) responsible as he stalks and kills his favourite dancers on the night of the anniversary.
Writer-director Samuel Gonzalez Jr has commented: “When I was a kid I would venture into the back section of the video store to find the most obscure ’80s horror flicks I could find. I was fascinated with the ‘strange and unusual’ but most specifically, the early slasher cinema of that period. Stiletto follows in the bloody footsteps of those films we love so much but also pushes it to the cinematic limit, with memorable kills and a diverse cast of both up-and-comers and legends alike. It’s a true love ‘obituary’ and we can’t wait to introduce the world to The Stiletto Killer.”
Release:
Stiletto will be released in 2025 on a date to be confirmed.
