Ick premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on September 7, 2024.
Ick will receive a limited theatrical release in the United States on July 24, 2025, in New York City and Los Angeles, followed by a wider release on July 27, 2025, via Fathom Entertainment.
