‘Eight legs. One bite. No chance.’
Spider Island is a 2026 comedy horror film about social-media influencers being attacked by giant arachnids.

Plot:
A group of prominent social media influencers travel to a beautiful, isolated tropical island for the grand opening of the Oceania Pearl, a supposedly world-class luxury resort. They are there to party, take photographs, promote the hotel and help turn it into the latest must-visit destination.

However, beneath the immaculate hotel and idyllic surroundings lies something considerably less glamorous.

During construction, workers have disturbed a network of caves beneath the island. The disturbance awakens a horde of deadly spiders, which begin spreading through the resort. What initially appears to be an ordinary infestation rapidly becomes a fight for survival.

With the island isolated from the outside world, the influencers and hotel personnel find themselves trapped in a tropical paradise that has effectively become a giant spider hunting ground. Their phones, followers and carefully cultivated online personas become increasingly irrelevant as they struggle simply to stay alive…
