Plot:
A group of teenagers messing around with an Ouija Board summon up the tormented spirit of a murdered man, Jonah. What starts as a bit of spooky fun for the partying youths, soon turns into a nightmare as Jonah’s corpse rises from his grave and goes on a rampage of death.

The real reason for his resurrection soon becomes clear as the party house has the secret to Jonah’s murder, and his reanimated corpse is on a mission for vengeance…

Reviews:
“The movie has its fair share of atmosphere and scares, but the soundtrack really brings them to life … It’s well shot with fine cinematography. Jonah’s make-up looks great.” HNN

” …it takes passion to get a film made and for that I give credit to Luis Carvalho but there’s no time for celebration though as Jonah Lives carried far too many mistakes with it. With its laughable plot, over the top performances and lack of gore, Jonah Lives is a film which should have been left buried.” Scream magazine

“Every ounce of worthless dialogue spewed from these characters mouths seems forced, and is certainly not the way people talk, even if your family all sound like rejects from Jersey Shore. There is plenty of blood in this one though, however, where the hell does it come from? I saw no wounds, scratches, or even a splinter in sight...” Legless Corpse

“This feels like a bigger budget than it probably was visually. But the seizure-induced editing makes even the simplest scenes incoherent, as does the laughable sound effects. The pacing, the structure, the acting, the filmmaking is all just massively uninspired. As is Jonah himself when he eventually turns up.” UK Horror Scene
