Reviews:
“There are a couple of good chuckles and I appreciate the overall direction of the film, especially the scares. I knew the monster is lurking around but it really took me by surprise every time it appears. Every scene with the monster is paced and cut to perfection.” CRP Writes

“Monster stalks some fools out in the woods is a horror biz greatest hit, but it’s a classic for a reason; it works, and this film makes effective use of the trope to deliver some solid suspense and man vs. monster action. So yeah; if you want a solid creature feature that is well done and nicely paced I’d definitely say give Crypsis a wicked whirl!” Horror Fuel

Crypsis is a lively and fun movie that is not too deep, but is more of a reckless voyage of discovery that will both entertain and shock you in equal measure as the creature’s voice echoes out from its dark lair in the shadows, a voice that reminded me a lot of ‘Godzilla the Wolfman’, the trumpet of a creature that is a vaguely humanoid piece of stalking, taunting nightmare.” HorrorScreams VideoVault

Crypsis runs 80 minutes, the constant arguing made it seem twice as long. Even after they figure out the creature has poor eyesight and hunts mostly by sound. They literally can’t stop yelling at each other even when their lives depend on it. Maybe the creature is doing us a favor by cleaning up the gene pool.” Voices from the Balcony
