Dead Residence is a 2019 American found footage horror film about a couple that buys a dilapidated home. Unfortunately, they get more than they bargained for.
Directed by Sean Donohue (Naked Cannibal Campers; The Hart-Break Killer; Cannibal Claus; Death-Scort Service) from a screenplay co-written with Christopher Leto (shorts: Scelerophobia; Claustrophobia; If I Can’t Have You…), the Gatorblade Films production stars Arius West, Kylie Remlinger and Martin Grobisen.
