” …a very promising arrival to what I am hoping will be the start of several new players on the scene. Ayars and Policano are both capable performers both as a pair and individually. Dorani, with his cinematographer Thomas Taugher, has crafted a measured piece of psychological horror that will follow you home.” Horror Buzz

“Director Omri Dorani, working from a screenplay by Rob Harmon, mines this lo-fi film for all the eeriness possible, and creates a grim atmosphere. The film runs out of steam at the end, though, including several minutes of what feels like padding things out after the climax, but there’s enough to recommend here for fans of relationship-gone-sour and stranger-in-the-house horror efforts.” Horror Fuel

“There’s a great deal to like about This Is Our Home. The narrative design, unsettling atmosphere, two of the performances, and the general aesthetics—Reina is studying to be a brain surgeon, which leads to a few fantastic, off-kilter moments with meat and scalpels […] But though there’s a ton of potential, it’s never realized, and the film never feels complete or fully developed.” The Last Thing I See
