Friends don’t let friends kill their friends

All the Wrong Friends is a 2016 American horror thriller feature film about a group of high school friends who reunite for a vacation only to find one of them dead.

Written and directed by Ryan Hawkins and Mark Kerins, the movie stars Nick Commella, Ricco Fajardo, Tom Gelo (Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse) and Dexter Hostetter.

A group of high school friends reunite for a vacation a year after graduating but find their relationships have changed – and after one of them turns up dead, suspicions and accusations fly…

“The film’s ensemble of characters is nearly wholly unlikable, though Alison (Brina Palencia) shows up and at least gives the film some emotional depth. Otherwise, even the scene where the dead body is found is almost laughable in presentation. All the Wrong Friends misses the mark, plagued by too many cliches and unsatisfying characters that don’t hold your interest long enough for the twists to particularly matter.” The Independent Critic

“There are ten listed writers for the movie, which always poses issues if you ask me. It’s certainly where some of the consistency problems probably started. Additionally, special effects consist of practical efforts […] Overall, All the Wrong Friends is a hefty achievement considering the filmmaker’s expertise.” Mother of Movies

“The story gets more dumb as the film went on, by the end, everything is resolved, but with the same skill as a typical slasher would create. This was a shame as it all started off feeling a lot more realistic […] All the Wrong Friends was not without its issues but it was also some decent silly entertainment.” The Rotting Zombie
