Protein is a 2022 British horror crime thriller about a gym-obsessed serial killer who murders and eats a local drug dealer for their… protein, inadvertently sparking a brutal and bloodthirsty tit-for-tat turf war between rival drug gangs.
Directed by Tony Burke – making his feature film debut – from a screenplay co-written with Mike Oughton, based on Burke’s 2014 short of the same name.
