‘This Halloween an ancient Irish curse will awaken’
Curse of Crom: The Legend of Halloween is a 2022 American comedy horror film about teenagers that accidentally unleash an ancient entity and must stop it before midnight.
Director Rob York describes the film as “gateway horror paying homage to the style of classic ’80s movies like The Goonies, Monster Squad and Poltergeist.” He went on to say: “We wanted to capture the atmosphere and fun of the films that traumatised us as kids. Everything was done practically, using cable and rod puppets, water tank optical effects, and lots of slime.”
