Plot:
Peter Collymore (Terry Kiser) is a former Afghanistan war hero turned star actor struggling with PTSD and his silenced skeletons tucked far away in his closet. All the while he is dealing with the loss of his son, a divorce, his unjust rival actor, his drug addicted father and last but not least, a demonic entity named “Calypso” who wants nothing more than to take Peter’s soul…
Writer-director Peter Anthony enthused: “Laugh is intended for mature audiences. It is a dark, horror driven psychological thriller that follows a man’s decent into madness. It plays on the age-old human condition of choosing good vs. evil. Every one of us has a mix of both and so do these in-depth characters. Their choices of which and how much shape the always twisting plot.”
Release:
An early 2025 release for Laugh is planned. Meanwhile, the movie has an Indiegogo campaign to raise more funds for post-production.
