Dagr is a found-footage comedy folk horror film about YouTubers who unwittingly resurrect a lethal druid from ancient history
Directed by Matthew Butler-Hart who co-wrote and produced with Tori Butler-Hart. Executive produced by Conleth Hill, actor Ian McKellen and Anthony Pye-Jeary
The British Fizz and Ginger Films production stars Riz Moritz, Matt Barber, Ellie Duckles, Tori Butler-Hart, Emma King, Graham Butler, Hattie Chapman and Luca Thompson.
Plot:
Two fame-hungry YouTubers (Riz Mortitz and Ellie Duckles) pretend to be caterers to infiltrate an 18th-century mansion. Amidst the production of a Godard-inspired commercial, their objective is to lift valuable footage from the set. Unknowingly, they enter a haunted house, cursed by the ghost of a vengeful 18th-century druid.

Release:
Dagr was released in selected UK cinemas by Picturehouse and The Light on February 7, 2024, and will be available on digital on April 8, 2024.
Dagr will be available on digital platforms in North America, Australia and New Zealand via The Horror Collective on April 2, 2024.
