The movie is directed by Andrea M. Catinella (Hook; Piglet; Island of the Dolls 2). The ITN Studios production stars Jay Robertson, Kathi DeCouto, Atlanta Moreno, Lauren Leppard, Victor Rios and Natasha Tosini.
In a classic case of opportunistic overkill, this is the third horror flick to take advantage of the fact that the Disney short Steamboat Willie (1928) is now officially in the public domain. The first release was the poorly received The Mouse Trap while Screamboat will be released in 2025.
