The Jolly Monkey is a 2025 horror film in which a family is stalked and killed by a killer dressed in a monkey costume. The Asylum production is a low-budget mockbuster released to tie in with Oz Perkins’ Stephen King-adaptation horror hit The Monkey which has taken $23,942,381 worldwide at the time of writing according to Box Office Mojo.
Written and directed by Ryan Ebert, the movie stars Dominic Keating, Jane Hajduk and Courtney Fulk.
Plot:
Forty years ago, families disappeared near the isolated Jolly Monkey motel. Now, the family of the owners has returned to discuss what to do with the place. One by one, they are killed by someone dressed as the motel’s mascot and desperately try to escape…
