The Wrath is a 2018 South Korean supernatural horror film set during the Joseon era about a household haunted by an evil spirit. Directed by Young-sun Yoo from a screenplay written by Park Chae-bum, the movie stars Hong-il Choi, Young hee Seo and Na-Eun Son. The original Korean title is 여곡성 aka Yeo-gok-seong.
The movie is a remake of Cry of a Woman aka Yeo-gok-seong (1986).
Plot:
In the household of Lee Gyeong-jin, a high-ranking official of Joseon Kingdom, three sons die from an unidentified horror. A woman pregnant with a child of the third son soon learns of the evil spirit that haunts the house…

The Wrath was released in South Korea by Smile Entertainment on November 8, 2018. It was picked up and streamed by Shudder.
