‘An offering must be made… in order to be free’
Pentagram is a 2019 British supernatural horror film about a group of young criminals who must survive the night when they find themselves trapped within a pentagram.

The movie was written and directed by Steve Lawson (Hellriser; The Exorcism of Karen Walker; KillerSaurus), based on a story by Matthew McGuchan and producer Jonathan Sothcott.

The Hereford Films production stars Chloe Farnworth (First House on the Hill; Crying Wolf), Michael McKell (13 Graves; Transhuman), Nicholas Ball (Muse; Lifeforce), Charlie Woodward and Rachel Warren.

Plot:
A group of young American criminals must somehow survive the night when they find themselves trapped within a pentagram. To stay inside the candlelit confines means safety; to escape means certain death at the hands of a mysterious entity…

Reviews:
” …this fairly simple idea may have worked, or at least managed to generate some tension. On Lawson’s watch, it’s sadly largely a boring mess. Probably the best thing in this is Alexis Rodney as mean old Max: he acts everyone else off the floor and deserves a much better film than this tripe.” Dark Eyes of London
