‘The deadliest creatures in the galaxy just landed… on Earth’

Monster Hunters is a 2020 American science fiction horror feature film about an alien ship that crashlands on Earth and disgorges creatures.

Directed by Brendan Petrizzo – making his feature debut – from a screenplay written by Jeremy M. Inman (Battle Star Wars; Sinister Squad; Avengers Grimm), The Asylum movie stars Tom Sizemore (Abstruse; The Pining; Black Wake; et al), Connie Jo Sechrist (The Pining; Doll Murder Spree), Anthony Jensen (Prey; Red Christmas) and Yaz Canli.

When an alien prison ship crash lands and unleashes creature after creature in the California desert, they make quick work of the army that tries to stop them. Now, the only hope of stopping the aliens rests with a secret branch of the government specializing in alien weaponry. But with the team untested in actual combat, the battle for Earth will be brutal…

“The script by Jeremy M. Inman is much better than the one he wrote for Battle Star Wars. This time he’s actually caught the spirit of these B movies and the results are quite enjoyable. The film has a good pace and a decent amount of action for a change […] The CGI aliens and spaceship are actually good by low budget standards for the most part. As are the couple of gore scenes we get.” Voices from the Balcony

Monster Hunters is available now On-Demand and will be released on DVD on September 25th 2020.
