Hostage is a 2021 Canadian horror-thriller about a young cheerleader named Ashley who was adopted by her parent’s killers. Years later, during a home invasion robbery, her crazed family reveal what they are really capable of and Ashley must decide who’s side she is on.
Directed by Eddie Augustin – making his feature debut – from a screenplay co-written with Laura Ashley Polisena, the Rev13 Films-Anxious Edssy production movie stars Nicole Hendersen, Mike Cannz, Daryl Marks and Tina Trineer.
Release:
Genre specialists Devilworks will be selling distribution rights to Hostage at the Europe Film Market (EFM) from March 1st to 5th.
